This course provides an introduction to the key soft skills that drive success in entrepreneurship and innovation, such as resilience, emotional intelligence and communication.
The main goal of this course is to equip students with a foundational understanding of how skills relating to self-awareness, emotional regulation, and adaptability shape leadership, collaboration, and decision-making in uncertain and fast-paced environments.
We will explore how these competencies can be developed and applied to strengthen personal well-being, team dynamics, and long-term effectiveness. Through interactive exercises and real-life scenarios, students will gain practical tools to navigate stress, respond constructively to feedback, and lead with empathy and clarity.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
Recognize and strengthen key soft skills relevant to entrepreneurial contexts
Reflect on personal behaviors and emotional patterns under uncertainty
Communicate more clearly, authentically, and persuasively
Collaborate effectively in diverse, interdisciplinary teams
Navigate difficult conversations and decision-making situations
Build presence, empathy, and resilience as future leaders
Students must attend at least 80% of the scheduled course time to successfully complete the course. Should you miss the beginning of our first day, you need to contact the lecturers beforehand to secure your spot in the class.
We strive to use a variety of learning methods:
