After completing the course the students will be able to: 

• understand and critically evaluate key concepts in internal communication, including corporate culture, leadership, crisis/change and sustainability management
• define relevant internal stakeholders, their dependencies and communication roles
• discuss internal communication topics in relation to current sociopolitical issues

Attendance of 80% is a requirement to pass the course.
