Syllabus
Registration via LPIS
The course involves developing a real case study in collaboration with organizations. Students will address diversity-related issues presented by organizations and work on them throughout the semester. Final presentations will occur at a closing event. Sessions include targeted content inputs and supervised group work.
Students will:
- Understand diversity-related issues in organizational contexts.
- Apply organizational analysis methods and critical thinking skills.
- Develop recommendations for integrating diversity management strategies.
- Present findings using theoretical and conceptual frameworks.
Attendance is mandatory.
- Absences up to 20% of the course duration can be compensated through additional assignments, provided there is a valid reason.
- Absences exceeding 20% require course repetition.
- Significant reasons for absence include illness, accidents, or family emergencies (proof may be required).
- Professional commitments are not valid reasons.

- Brief lectures

Assessment
- Mid-term Presentation: 25 points
- Final Presentation of Team Project: 30 points
- Report (2500 – 3000 words): 30 points
- Q&A during Presentations: 5 points
- Self-reflection: 10 points
