Contents

The course involves developing a real case study in collaboration with organizations. Students will address diversity-related issues presented by organizations and work on them throughout the semester. Final presentations will occur at a closing event. Sessions include targeted content inputs and supervised group work.

Learning outcomes

Students will:

  • Understand diversity-related issues in organizational contexts.
  • Apply organizational analysis methods and critical thinking skills.
  • Develop recommendations for integrating diversity management strategies.
  • Present findings using theoretical and conceptual frameworks.
Attendance requirements

Attendance is mandatory.

  • Absences up to 20% of the course duration can be compensated through additional assignments, provided there is a valid reason.
  • Absences exceeding 20% require course repetition.
  • Significant reasons for absence include illness, accidents, or family emergencies (proof may be required).
  • Professional commitments are not valid reasons.

  • Mid-term Presentation: 25 points
  • Final Presentation of Team Project: 30 points
  • Report (2500 – 3000 words): 30 points

  • Self-reflection: 10 points
